We conduct a thorough moderation of the majority of items on KNICS. However, for your peace of mind, we still strongly recommend that you request additional information about the sneakers directly from the seller before making a purchase. If you are not sure of the authenticity of the item, you can also choose to have your order physically authenticated by our teams.

We prioritize providing diverse payment solutions. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards. Further more, we offer a digital wallet within the app. Not only can you store the proceeds from your sales here, but you can also use this wallet to make purchases, making transactions smoother.

To build the safest marketplace possible, we require all users to verify their identity before transacting on KNICS. This ensures that all buyers and sellers are who they claim to be.

KNICS partners with MangoPay to conduct ID verification. MangoPay has been widely adopted by major marketplaces, such as Vinted, Rakuten, Sorare, Chrono24 and Leboncoin.

Participation in the KNICS giveaway is done by accumulating credits, which are used to increase your chances of winning in the draw. Here are the different ways to accumulate these credits:

Account Creation: Each account creation validated on the KNICS app is rewarded with 1 credit.
‍Sale of New Sneakers: The sale of a pair of never-worn sneakers on the app earns 2 credits.
‍Sale of Used Sneakers: The sale of a pair of used sneakers on the app earns 4 credits.
‍Purchase of New Sneakers: Purchasing a pair of new sneakers on the app earns 1 credit.
‍Purchase of Used Sneakers: Purchasing a pair of used sneakers on the app earns 2 credits.

The credits serve as “tickets” for the draw. The more credits you accumulate, the more “tickets” you have in the draw, thus increasing your chances of winning one of the prizes at stake. There is no limit to the number of credits you can accumulate. Credits are only valid for this giveaway and cannot be used for other promotions.
